Free members can start 5 new outreach conversations per day. The counter resets every 24 hours and is shown at the top of the Messaging page. Messaging existing connections never counts against the limit. Plus, Pro and Recruiter plans raise or remove the cap.

Open Settings > Billing or the Pricing page and choose a plan. Every paid plan starts with a 14-day free trial and you can cancel anytime — your data and connections stay intact if you downgrade.
